AFM, the Spanish Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers, is a private, independent professional
association founded in 1946. Its basic aims focus on fostering the development, internationalization, and competitiveness

The members of CECIMO are national associations of machine tool manufacturers of the European countries.
Each country may only be represented by a single association.
Membership is only open to associations from European countries which are governed as market economy and which,
in particular, guarantee free circulation of goods, capital and payments, possess a freely convertible currency,
abide by the rules of GATT and /or the rules of the W.T.O. and grant unrestricted traveling rights to everyone at
any time.

Japan Machine Tool Builder's Association Inc. (Nitkkokai)
is an organization whose members are metal machine tool
manufacturers, aiming at overall development of the machine
tool industry and prosperity of affiliated industries and
contributing to a sound development of the national economy.
The Association was established in December 1951, then
reorganized into a corporation in July 1978, and conducts
activities with a system that responds to the new era.

Symap is the association of production equipment manufacturers which represents and promotes
its members, strongly related to the machine-tool industry.
Over the years, it has brought together the activities in the areas of machine-tools, assembly,
woodworking and welding. More recently manufacturing robotics has been added to Symap's activities.
Manufacturers, integrators, component suppliers and laboratories come together to discuss their
