To better serve the growing needs of customers and staff, international software company DP Technology, creator of ESPRIT® computer-aided-manufacturing (CAM) software, has relocated its East Coast staff to a new, spacious building in Matthews, North Carolina.

Located in southeastern greater Charlotte, the new office offers double the training space provided by the previous site — which had been occupied by DP’s East Coast staff since 1993.

“We have a much bigger and much nicer training room, which helps us to serve more people, more comfortable,” said John Fanning, East Coast sales manager, who added that the opportunity to host special events for customers has increased right along with the square footage of the company’s East Coast offices.

DP’s East Coast office typically hosts a minimum of one week-long customer training course each month.
“We wanted to move not only to have a bigger training room, but also to be able to host events such as user group meetings,” Fanning said. “By operating with increased space in an overall improved setting, we are able to offer the best services we can.”
